CMS Releases FY 2009 Inpatient PPS Rule
Friday August 1, 2008: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the inpatient prospective payment system (IPPS) final rule for fiscal year (FY) 2009. The policies and payment rates included in this rule become effective October 1. View the August 18, 2008, AHA Regulatory Advisory for additional details.
