AHA Coding Clinic on HCPCS is the newest coding resource developed by the Central Office on ICD-9-CM, publishers of AHA Coding Clinic for ICD-9-CM. The first issue of this quarterly newsletter debuted March 2001 and focused on regulatory issues related to HCPCS and the recent implementation of Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS).
Make AHA Coding Clinic on HCPCS a part of your education and compliance program. Each issue offers consistent and accurate advice for proper application of HCPCS. Regular features of AHA Coding Clinic for HCPCS will include:

It is premature for us to offer any products in this area. We will keep you posted on future developments. In the meantime, the classification as well as a training manual are available from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (formerly known as HCFA).
