The American Hospital Association (AHA) Certification Center (AHA-CC) manages the CHFM Program. In order to be designated a CHFM, you must successfully complete the examination.

The CHFM Candidate Handbook 
contains eligibility requirements for participation in the program, a complete content outline for the examination, sample test items, a list of review references that may aid in preparing for the examination, regulations governing conduct of the examination, and application for the examination.
