First-time advertisers: Prepayment is required on initial insertion. Make checks payable to ASHRM.
Mechanical requirements
Advertiser must furnish camera-ready artwork. Advertising material on CD is accepted. Please provide IBM or Mac (Quark or PageMaker) file. All graphics, photos and fonts must be included in the electronic file. If providing an advertisement on disk, please provide a hard copy, too.
Inserts
Color inserts should be printed on 20-lb. bond/50-lb. offset (text stock). Allow 5-7% extra to cover possible spoilage. Total quantity per issue: 5,800.
Content acceptance
All material is subject to ASHRM approval. Advertisements are limited to products and services of interest to health care risk professionals. ASHRM reserves the right to reject any advertisement. Advertisements are separated from editorial content by rules and cannot closely resemble ASHRM editorial content. No cancellations will be accepted after deadline.

MEMBERSHIP MAILING LIST
QUANTITY: approximately 5,400
FEE: $900 ($950 if keycoding is required). Must be in form of credit card payment or check made payable to the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
The list is available in either electronic format or as printed labels (pressure sensitive or Cheshire) and can be sorted by name, state or ZIP code.
Once ASHRM receives the following items, the turnaround time is 10-15 working days:
(1) signed agreement
(2) payment
(3) a copy of the piece being mailed to ASHRM members
