Added opportunities for professional development and networking
The American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) established ASHRM Interest Networks in recognition of the diversity of contributions its members make in managing healthcare risks: the Patient Safety Interest Network and the Risk Financing & Claims Interest Network.
Via an exclusive e-newsletter tied to a dedicated ASHRM Interest Network Web page, the ASHRM Interest Networks deliver timely content and resources for those managers of risk who may be more engaged in patient safety efforts or traditional risk management issues of risk financing and claims administration.
Each Interest Network:
- Delivers four e-newsletters during the year, starting in April
- Supports a dedicated Web page of relevant content, including archives of the newsletter and extensive resource lists.
- Provides educational opportunities for ASHRM Interest Network members.
ASHRM members can add either or both of the ASHRM Interest Networks to their regular membership. This targeted content is offered in addition to what is being offered to all members.
Applicants must be ASHRM members and must use the
online form. Enrollment is
not available by phone, fax or mail.
